Change Has Come

An old school in rural Arkansas. HDR used. Presently Arkansas needs more education. We are one of poorest states in America and don't ever seem to improve. Most people barely finish high school and even if they did, there is little opportunity to find a good career. Our state government is so conservative,their thinking is behind ever other state. The state services are minimal and the state legislature can easily fool an uneducated public. This pic had the noon sky and was hazy. The haze muted out most of the pics. I would rather have had a blue sky with streaking white or puffy clouds, but "you don't always get what you want."
